Duties include:

• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Answering and transferring incoming calls
• Managing email enquiries
• Signing visitors in and out
• Maintaining a professional front-of-house environment
• Providing general administrative support

Requirements:

• Previous reception, front-of-house or customer service experience preferred
• Professional and confident communication skills
• Reliable and immediately available
