• - Days: -14.44 per hour (6am - 2pm or 2pm - 10pm) Fixed Shift
• Contract Length: 12 months
• Working Pattern: Full Time

Main Purpose of the Role:

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out essential warehouse duties while adhering to the organisation''s processes and safe systems of work. Your dedication to meeting performance standards and delivering excellent customer service will contribute significantly to the success of the distribution centre.

Key Accountability''s:

• Take personal responsibility for your health and safety, ensuring a safe workplace for you and your colleagues.
• Aim to meet productivity targets to support the efficient operation of the distribution centre.
• Stay motivated and engaged to excel against operational and service level targets.
• Operate information systems to maintain accurate and secure records.
• Adhere to Competence and Training procedures to enhance your skills.
• Reflect the organisation''s values in all daily activities.
• Collaborate with team members, supporting and motivating each other to achieve operational targets.
• Liaise with the Operations Manager, Team Managers, and Team Leaders for seamless operations.
• Engage with cross-functional team members within the Supply Chain for effective communication.
