You''ll be responding to and dealing with customers over the phone, email and in person, administering repairs to their properties. You''ll be logging repair tickets, scheduling resources and liaising with Officers, Operatives and Contractors to deliver and effective and efficient service. Please note that this role is office based 5 days a week.
