Multi Trader andndash; Social Housing
Location: Clapton, E5 0HL
Rate: andpound;25.00 andndash; andpound;27.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 andndash; 17:00

We are looking for an experienced Multi Trader with a strong plumbing background to join a social housing team based in Clapton. This is a static role at one fixed location andmdash; no travelling between sites and no van required.

Role Responsibilities:

Carrying out plumbing repairs, maintenance and basic installations within social housing units

Completing general multi trade tasks including carpentry, tiling, plastering and decorating as required

Ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations

Providing a professional and courteous service to residents

Requirements:

Proven plumbing background (qualifications preferred but not essential with the right experience)

Experience working in social housing or a similar environment

Good all-round multi trade skills

Own tools and PPE

Ability to work independently on a fixed site
