Our client is seeking an experienced Chartered Landscape Architect to join their dynamic, growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, with a strong background in high-end residential gardens and commercial landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and detail bespoke gardens
Prepare construction packages, specifications, and schedules
Manage projects and teams, including sourcing materials and monitoring quality and costs
Ensure excellent client communication and relationship management

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of construction details and planting
Excellent communication skills for client-facing roles
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, PhotoShop, Adobe Creative Suite
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Experience with 3D rendering software (Lumion preferred)
