The business is already delivering Development Management on significantly larger projects elsewhere in the UK, including schemes around £100m, and sees considerable scope to build this part of its service offering further.The RoleYou will take responsibility for the Development Management of the initial Cardiff projects, working closely with the client and wider professional teams to drive the schemes forward.The role could suit an established Development Manager or an experienced consultancy Project Manager looking to broaden their remit and take greater responsibility across the development process.
