They are a medium-sized enterprise with a strong focus on delivering excellent service to their clients and maintaining high professional standards.DescriptionBank Reconciliations and Out of Date ChequesAllocating and posting incoming electronic and manual receiptsBanking of Office and Client Account receiptsChecking and inputting CHAPS paymentsProcessing credit card paymentsPreparing cheque payments and distributing to fee earnersChecking and posting billsLiaising internally and externally in a professional and timely mannerProfileExperience in a similar role within the professional services/legal industry.Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules and financial regulations.Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
