Responsibilities Support Account Managers with client communications and management of projects Begin taking ownership of small client accounts and projects Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are met Join client meetings, prepare agendas and follow up on actions Draft proposals and client reports Collaborate with design and technical teams to ensure quality assurance Contribute ideas to improve client experience Manage, qualify and distribute incoming sales leads Update, clean and manage our CRM database Actively engage with our clients to upsell our services Skills and Qualities
