Highly Experienced Coded Welder Job Title Highly Experienced Coded Welder Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coded Welder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality welding and fabrication work to approved welding procedures and industry standards. This role requires extensive experience working with a variety of materials, welding processes, and complex engineering drawings within demanding industrial environments. Key Responsibilities Perform welding operations in accordance with approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS). Carry out MMA (Stick), MIG, MAG, TIG, and FCAW welding processes as required. Weld carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, and other specialist materials. Read, interpret, and work from engineering drawings, fabrication plans, and technical specifications. Complete structural, pipework, pressure vessel, and heavy fabrication welding tasks. Conduct visual inspections and ensure weld quality meets project and industry standards. Maintain a high standard of workmanship and productivity. Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently. Perform repairs, modifications, and maintenance welding on existing structures and equipment. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality procedures. Support fabrication, fitting, and assembly activities when required. Assist with weld testing and quality assurance procedures, including NDT requirements. ..... full job details .....
