TSR are recruiting on behalf of a 5-star housing developer with a nationwide presence, for an experience site manager. This developer has multiple offices across the UK catering to a range of customers, delivering quality, traditional new builds homes to the highest possible standard for over 100 years.

The Role

• Delivering new build homes to build programme
• Managing of site staff generally
• Enforcing and monitoring health and safety
• Working with NHBC to achieve standards
• Hand overs to customers
• Monitor sub-contractors

The Person

• Traditional new build housing experience
• Site Management delivering new build housing for a developer
• Extensive programme management
• Awareness of standards and building regulations, NHBC etc
