Key Responsibilities: Manage a team of 10 Engineers in a Healthcare environment. Performing toolbox talks and organising reactive and PPM on AHUs, FCUs, Pipework and Plant etc. Work with sub-contractors and external suppliers. Maintain and build a strong client relationship. Monday to Friday, 1 in 6 On Call. Required Qualifications and Experience: Level 2/3 in relevant engineering maintenance (Mechanical). Prior experience in a healthcare environment would be beneficial but not essential. Competence in report writing and handling paperwork.
