Shift Coordinator required for a busy processing plant in the Edmonton area. This role is within a team of onsite recruitment specialists to coordinate and support the workforce and the site with day-to-day people management. This is an active role with the majority of the tasks being out on the processing areas to support the manual workers. You will support the work force with planning, HR issues, wellbeing, and basic safety through to the screening, interviewing and inductions of new starters. Working in a team of 4, you will you cover the 24-7 operation working a 4 on 4 off pattern, 7am to 7pm, for 2 shifts then 10am-10pm for the other two.
