WASTE and RECYCLING PROCESSING SPECIALIST REQUIRED TO MANAGE A TEAM OF PRODUCTION STAFF AT A HIGH OUTPUT PLANT TITLE: Production Operations Manager Waste Management and Recycling Site SALARY: Circa £55-65K DOE plus 25 days hol + B/H, health cash plan, 2 x death in service HOURS: Mon-Fri 40 hrs per week LOCATION: You will live in the South Lancashire, Manchester, North Cheshire or Merseyside area PREVIOUS ROLES MAY HAVE BEEN: RDF Operations Supervisor, MBT Shift Manager, Recycling Operations Manager, Waste Site Manager, MRF Manager, Skip Hire General Manager, Recycling SRF Production Manager, Plant Manager, Processing Manager YOUR SITE MAY HAVE PROCESSED OR WORKED IN: RDF, SRF, Demolition Waste, Open Windrow Composting, Landfill, Construction Waste, Recycled Aggregates, Biomass, Wood Waste, Scrap Metal, Waste Plastics, In-Vessel Composting, Anaerobic Digestion, Dry Mixed Recycling, Clinical Waste, MBT, MRF, Transfer Station, Green Waste ROLE: Production Operations Manager Waste Management and Recycling Site You lead the safe, compliant and efficient operation of the plant, delivering daily production to required quality, volume and customer standards. You drive performance through KPIs and data, own quality control, and champion Health, Safety and Environmental excellence across all activities.
