Deputy Nursery Manager Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic Deputy Nursery Manager to assist the manager and oversee the daily operations of our nursery. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for working with children and ideally have previous leadership or supervisory, managerial experience and skills. We are seeking someone with either a NVQ, BTEC, NNEB, CACHE Diploma Level 3 in Childcare and Early Years Education, or Montessori Teaching Qualification, QTS (Qualified Teaching Status) or BA Degree in Early Years Education from Uk or Overseas University. Duties Lead and manage the nursery team alongside Manager, providing guidance and support to staff members. Develop and implement, oversee educational curriculum in line with the EYFS that promotes children''s learning and development. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of health and safety and safeguarding. Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and staff team to build strong relationships. Monitor children''s progress through regular assessments and observations, adapting programs as necessary. Drive initiatives that enhance the nursery''s reputation within the community.
