This is a great opportunity for a hands-on engineer to join an established and successful manufacturing business with a modern, well-equipped production facility.You will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and breakdown fault-finding across a range of production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.Working as part of a skilled engineering team, you will also have the opportunity to work independently, making this an ideal role for an engineer who enjoys diagnosing faults and getting equipment back up and running.You will be working on a variety of equipment including conveyors, fillers, packers, pumps, separators, cooling equipment, motors, sensors, gearboxes, bearings, chains and valves, as well as PLCs and control systems.The role is genuinely multi-skilled, with a strong mechanical element to the breakdown work alongside electrical fault finding.Sector Manufacturing Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Maintenance Engineer Maintenance engineering experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
