Our client has an exciting opportunity for either newly qualified or experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to join a large team to be responsible for customer satisfaction, road safety and delivering an excellent service! You will be taught about taco graphs and general regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: Ensure you adhere to road safety Be responsible for loading and driving our specialist vehicles and delivering products Ensure that you comply with Food Safety and Hygiene protocols Ensure vehicle refrigeration is switched on to maintain temperature levels as required Load and unload catering on and off the truck in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with airport safety rules Requirements: Class 2 Driving License and CPC Open to newly qualified Class 2 Drivers or experienced Drivers Catering experience would be desirable Must have the ability to work calmly under pressure Excellent communication and customer liaison skills Good literacy skills, verbal written and spoken Operational awareness, understand of HACCP, COSHH, DDA, Food Hygiene, Health and Safety and DFT requirements Interviews will be 1.5 hours in totally, and will include theory, maths and a driving assessment. 5 years referencing is essential.
