This is an opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys diagnosing faults, solving technical problems and keeping customers security systems working at their best. Alongside a basic salary of up to £38,000, you ll benefit from overtime paid at time and a half, the choice to join the call-out rota and the opportunity to buy shares in the business. The role You ll service, maintain, fault-find and troubleshoot across: Intruder alarm systems Access control systems IP CCTV systems You ll identify and resolve faults, complete service reports accurately and provide a professional, helpful service to customers. What you ll need At least three years experience servicing electronic security systems. Proven ability to service, fault-find and troubleshoot across intruder alarms, access control and IP CCTV. A methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving technical issues. The ability to work independently and communicate clearly with customers.
