We have an exciting opportunity for an Electronic Bench Engineer - Components based in Northampton to join one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Summary of the Electronic Bench Engineer - Components Salary: Up to £40,000Location: NorthamptonType of Contract: permanentHours: 37.5 hour working weekResponsibilities of the Electronic Bench Engineer - Components Quickly fix defects and malfunctions.Fault finding issues with electronic equipmentAnyalyse, measure, repair and test industrial electronicsDiagnose and repair electronic equipment at the component level (ideally resistors - diodes on PCB boards) as well as motors and servosTesting and optimising repaired equipment.Soldering.Create and maintain technical documentation of work. Requirements for a successful Electronic Bench Engineer - Components Previous Electronic Repair experience at the component level.Strong working knowledge of electronic components and drives/motors.Able to recognise malfunctions and errors in measuring and testing equipment.Driving licence required.Lift experience would be beneficial.Excellent communication skills with experience creating technical documentation.
