Whether you’re an experienced professional, a recent college graduate or somewhere in between, IDEX is a place where you can apply your existing skills and learn new ones in an environment where you can make an impact.With interesting opportunities in engineering, marketing, sales, supply chain, operations, HR, finance, and more across more than 40 diverse businesses ( https://www.idexcorp.com/our-businesses/business-segments/ ) around the globe, chances are, we have something special for you.Responsibilities:Provide engineering support to the Commercial team.Communicate and discuss complete specifications with Engineering and Manufacturing departments.Understand key customers’ products and services.Coordinate with Commercial and Engineering to consolidate specifications and recommend configurations.Prepare quote packages including drawings, cost estimates, and other required documentation.Stay informed of supplier pricing, products, and services.Drive the correct IDEX initiative of 80/20 qualification of opportunities as appropriate.Respond to customers and co-workers in a timely and professional manner.Participate in all customer support programs, including development projects.Comply with health and safety policies and procedures.Support company values including ethical conduct and high integrity in all actions.Additional Duties:Communicate company and product values to prospective customers via presentations, meetings, and communications.Research, document, and report industry trends, purchasing history, and buying trends related to assigned accounts.Maintain accurate and timely activity reports.Participate in meetings, selling events, and training programs.This position requires compliance with EU and/or UK Regulations.
