Technical Coordinator – Our client is currently seeking a Technical Coordinator to join their design and technical team. Repositing to the Technical Manager of the Design Manager, to coordinate external design consultants, obtaining building control approvals and discharging planning conditions, ensuring mains services are procured, ensure that working drawings are in accordance with the approved planning scheme and ensure discharge of planning conditions.Qualifications

Good Technical knowledge of both house and flat constructionThe ability to get on with people together with communication, meeting and management skills essential in dealing with multi-disciplinary teamsAbility to recognise problems and deal with them in a fast and effective mannerBenefits
