Due to some internal changes due to a promotion, our client is now looking externally to bring in a new Factory General Manager In this role you will take ownership of a complex, manufacturing site, covering Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality and Engineering across the business. For this role you will report into the MD. You will help to update and improve processes and systems to increase standards and performance across the business providing, accurate and timely reporting on departmental performance so previous experience of this is essential. You will be tasked with managing the day to day requirements through a team of 10 direct reports but you will also have responsibility of driving and developing strategy and advising the board of directors.
