This is a highly visible role with responsibility for cyber strategy, security operations, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across the business.Key Requirements Proven experience as a Head of Cyber Security, Cyber Security Manager, or Senior Security Leader.Strong background within Microsoft environments (Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Security).Experience leading security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and cyber risk programmes.Strong understanding of ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls.Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including executives and board-level leadership.Experience managing third-party security providers and driving security improvements across complex environments.Manufacturing or industrial sector experience is highly desirable.
