Role and Responsibilities

Serve as an IT benchmarking Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ProBenchmark subscribers and for price benchmarking in general

Working thorough team members in sales and client success, provide SME and technical sales support for new and renewing clients

Coordinate customer support requests for benchmarking SME support with advisors and at times, deliver that support as required

Provide oversight and direction with the global ProBenchmark team regarding pricing model changes, based on customer feedback

Provide leadership on price data gathering across the firm

Lead production of pricing research (trends reports, research, white papers, webinar content), coordinating inputs from across the organization

Serve as benchmarking SME for project-based benchmarking initiatives

Required Skillsets

5 years+ of professional experience in the IT benchmarking, consulting and IT service industry, including deep understanding of service and pricing related to large-scale outsourcing contracts.

5 years+ delivery experience, including managing benchmarking projects and teams, successful client relationship management, and multi-project oversight.

Experience and proven track record of presenting to, and interacting with, senior pricing and benchmarking staff, as well as executives at enterprise clients and IT service providers

Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to effectively articulate insights and recommend actions

Strong organization and project-management skills, including the ability to influence others across the organization to support key objectives related to the roles and responsibilities of the position

Education

Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in a technical or scientific field

MBA or another advanced degree(s) desirable
