Job Title: Complex Case Tenancies Team Leader
Location: Newham
Contract Type: Temporary 3-6 months with possibility of being extended to 1 year
Rate: -24.37 PAYE hour

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Complex Case Tenancies Team Leader to spearhead their Income Collection service. This pivotal role involves leading a specialist team dedicated to investigating and resolving persistent no-access cases across the housing portfolio, ensuring legal compliance and property recovery where necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of up to 5 Complex Officers, setting clear objectives and driving performance.
  • Ensure high-quality front-line services are delivered to meet organisational goals.
  • Act as the primary liaison with legal, fraud, safeguarding, and tenancy enforcement teams.
  • Represent the organisation at court, committee meetings, and other relevant forums.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure effective resolution of complex cases.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
