This is a hands-on leadership role, overseeing night shift production, food safety and team performance. The Night Shift Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating all production activities during the night shift to ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacture of food products. The role involves managing production teams, maintaining quality and food safety standards, meeting production targets, and driving continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.
