Internal Communications and Engagement Manager Responsibilities Develop existing communications framework and employer value proposition Create and deliver the employee communications calendar Create content to deliver through multiple channels including intranet, email newsletters and 2 way communications channels. Business partner and support senior management and directors from multiple brands and shared services. Support with the delivery of internal events, wellbeing nd engagement activities. Seek and implement continual improvement to the internal communication and engagement activities. Internal Communications and Engagement Manager Prior experience working in Internal Communications and Engagement A track record of creating and delivering communication strategies, calendars and plans. Experience in the communication of employer value propositions, DEI programmes, employee engagement and change management. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
