• Carry out site visits, surveys, installations and remedial works at customer locations.
• Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions to minimise downtime.
• Follow method statements, complete risk assessments and ensure compliance with site health & safety requirements.
• Produce accurate site reports and ensure customer sign-off is obtained upon completion of work.
• Identify additional work opportunities and obtain the necessary authorisation before proceeding.
• Assist with customer complaint investigations and support the implementation of corrective actions.
• Maintain tools, equipment, vehicles and consumable stock to ensure operational readiness.
• Support production, product testing and general business maintenance activities when required.
• Liaise professionally with customers, contractors and internal departments to ensure successful project delivery.

• Previous experience within installation, maintenance, field service or a similar technical role.
• Strong practical and hands-on engineering skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Competent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and digital reporting systems.
• Relevant technical, engineering or carpentry qualification such as NVQ, HNC or equivalent desirable.
• Candidates with 3-5 years'' relevant practical experience will also be considered.
• Full UK Driving Licence essential.
• Valid Passport required and willingness to travel.
