We are seeking 3 agency workers to support the Employee Services Team with HR/payroll administration. We are looking for candidates suitable for an Employee Services Assistant (HR/Payroll) type role, ideally with experience of working in a busy HR/payroll environment. This is a temporary opportunity until 31st March 2027. The role will involve providing timely and accurate support across HR and payroll processes, including maintaining employee records, preparing correspondence and contractual documentation, dealing with enquiries, retrieving and summarising data, supporting payment calculations, and ensuring work is completed accurately and in line with data protection and council standards. Candidates should have strong administrative and ICT skills, good attention to detail, the ability to prioritise competing demands, and confidence working with HR/payroll systems.
