The school is looking to take on a Level 3 Teaching Assistant on a permanent basis starting ASAP. The successful Level 3 Teaching Assistant will be working within the Early Years setting, supporting children’s learning through play-based activities, assisting the class teacher and helping to monitor development and progress.

The successful Level 3 Teaching Assistant will have:
• Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification
• Experience working within an EYFS setting
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A nurturing and proactive approach
• The ability to engage and motivate young learners
