Pre-Construction Manager Facades and External Envelope Employer Hemel Hempstead £75,000 - £90,000 Basic + Package negotiable A Pre-Construction Manager / Assistant is required to support the delivery of façade and external envelope projects from tender stage through to project commencement. Working within a specialist contractor environment, the role will support pre-construction, design and compliance activities across multiple projects in London and the South East. Support tender submissions, subcontractor enquiries and supplier quotations. Prepare material take-offs, procurement schedules and cost estimates. Coordinate design information, technical documentation and project programmes. Assist with BSR and Gateway compliance submissions. Maintain IRS, RFI and drawing registers. Support design teams with façade system and technical queries. What You Bring (Essential Requirements) Experience within façades, cladding, curtain walling or external envelope construction.
