As part of our front-line operation, you will play a key role in selling and renewing insurance products on behalf of the motor industry, driving business success and delivering the best possible outcomes for our customers. Key Responsibilities Develop expert knowledge across our full range of product lines working within company guidelines. Sell a variety of products and services through a variety of channels such as but not limited to outbound and inbound calls. Renew existing customer policies and ensure strong retention. Deliver excellent customer outcomes in line with FCA regulatory guidance. Manage campaign leads effectively to meet and exceed conversion expectations. Provide exceptional customer service at every touchpoint. Complete general administrative tasks relevant to the role. Desired Skills and Experience A passion for speaking to customers and achieving sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organised, resilient, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. A desire to challenge yourself and contribute to moving the business forward.
