Overseas travel required Contract: Permanent This is an opportunity to lead institutional funding for an international humanitarian and development charity and play a central role in developing the partnerships and funding needed to deliver programmes in the UK and internationally. The Global Programmes Development Lead will take responsibility for growing and strengthening the organisation''s institutional funding portfolio. Working across country offices, affiliate offices and programme teams, you will develop donor relationships, build a strong funding pipeline and lead the development of high-quality bids and proposals. Crucially, this is not simply a bid-writing role. You will help shape institutional funding strategy, understand international donor markets, identify where investment can unlock growth and make sure donor relationships are managed well after funding has been secured. The role also manages two members of staff.
