Overview: We are recruiting an experienced HSE Manager to support the delivery of a major civil engineering and water infrastructure project in London. The scheme involves complex bridge and sewer remediation works within an urban environment, with interfaces around operational road and rail infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for an HSE professional with a strong civil engineering background and experience managing health, safety and environmental risks on major infrastructure projects. The successful HSE Manager will work closely with project leadership, site teams, HSE Advisors and client representatives to maintain high standards of safety, environmental compliance and occupational wellbeing. You will play a key role in site inspections, temporary works assurance, incident investigations and continuous improvement, while providing practical guidance and leadership across the project. Key Responsibilities: Lead and promote high standards of health, safety and environmental performance, ensuring compliance with legislation, management systems and project requirements. Carry out site inspections and audits, identify hazards, assess risks and ensure corrective actions are implemented and closed out effectively.
