Role & Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders
• Liaise with customers and deliver them excellent service by phone, email and live chat
• Listen and revolved complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Update customer and order information on CRM system
• Upsell new products to existing customers
• Work closely with other departments to solve customer issues and improve customer service

• 5+ years of experience in customer service positions
• Experience using a CRM system
• An excellent communicator
• Hard-working and ambitious
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service

• Up to -30,000 basic salary
