This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected practice with a strong reputation in personal injury work, handling a varied caseload from initial instruction through to settlement.The RoleThe successful candidate will manage their own caseload of predominantly Employer Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) claims, alongside some RTA and disease matters. The role will involve progressing files from inception to settlement, maintaining regular communication with clients and third parties, and ensuring a high standard of client care throughout the claims process.Responsibilities will include:Managing a mixed caseload of pre- and post-litigated personal injury mattersDrafting legal documents including MOJ Portal submissions, witness statements, schedules of loss and correspondenceLiaising with clients, medical professionals and third partiesReviewing and responding to correspondence and emails efficientlyEnsuring compliance with relevant procedures, protocols and service standardsWorking towards individual and team targetsSupporting business development and marketing initiatives where appropriateAbout YouAppli
