External Account Manager

Our client, a dynamic player in the e-commerce industry, is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Account Manager to join their team on a fixed-term contract basis for 12 months. This role is pivotal in establishing valuable partnerships with small and medium enterprises across the country.

Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office)

Rate: -40,000 - -45,000

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Leads Management:

• Conduct initial screening of leads, including essential contact information and eligibility assessments.
• Categorise leads and prioritise accordingly.
• Engage with leads via phone, presenting the programme and gathering necessary documentation.

Contact and Finalisation:

• Explain contract terms, collect key information, and guide partners through the signing process.
• Create installation cases and onboard new partners onto payment systems.

Reporting and Monitoring:

• Maintain accurate pipeline records, providing weekly updates on leads, contracts, conversion rates, and installation statuses.
• Address any issues or blockers that arise during the installation process and escalate critical concerns promptly.

Cross-Selling Activities:

• Engage eligible partners for additional service offerings, maintaining accurate records and tracking conversion rates.

Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will bring a strong background in Account Management, with a passion for building relationships. The following skills and experience are essential:

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate reporting.
• Familiarity with pipeline management and customer communication tools.
