motivated and hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager

to help lead our front of house.Whether youre a

Assistant Manager looking for a new challenge , this could be the perfect opportunity for you.What Youll Be Doing:

Lead and support the front of house team

including hosts, waiting, and bar staff

Keep service running smoothly day-to-day

Handle guest queries and resolve complaints with confidence and professionalism

Train and support staff, helping them grow and perform at their best

Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to manage stock, control costs, and improve service

Take care of opening/closing duties, including cashing up

Support with admin tasks

emails, bookings, menus, and other general front-of-house duties

What Were Looking For:

Experience in a busy hospitality environment, ideally in a supervisory or assistant management role

Confident in Food Safety and Hygiene practices

Strong organisational and communication skills

Comfortable using IT for bookings, menus, and basic admin

A calm and positive leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting
