An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Sales Manager to join a growing engineering manufacturer delivering specialist subsea and offshore solutions into some of the world''s most demanding energy markets. This is a key commercial and customer-facing role where you''ll combine technical engineering knowledge with strong business development skills to identify new opportunities, develop strategic customer relationships and convert complex technical requirements into commercially successful solutions. Working closely with engineering, manufacturing, project management, operations and sales teams, you''ll play a central role in developing new business. You''ll engage with operators, EPC contractors, OEMs, subsea contractors and supply chain partners, helping customers solve complex engineering challenges through technically robust and commercially competitive solutions. The role will cover the full sales and business development process, from identifying opportunities and interpreting customer requirements through to preparing tenders, quotations and proposals and supporting negotiations through to order placement.
