About the Role Working on the Service Desk, you will provide telephone and email support to customers, helping to keep business operations running smoothly. You will diagnose faults, coordinate with suppliers, manage orders and ensure customers receive clear, helpful updates throughout the process. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will be encouraged to develop your skills, use your initiative and become a valued part of the team. Please note this role involves customer support during office hours, plus occasional out-of-hours support on a rota basis.
