We are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to join a growing business within the construction sector. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you will spend your time engaging with customers face-to-face, building awareness of the brand and encouraging customers to visit local trade stores. Unlike a traditional account management position, you won''t be tied to a fixed portfolio of customers. Instead, you''ll play a key role in supporting trade stores across your region, identifying opportunities and helping to drive footfall, sales and overall regional performance. As a Regional Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include: Visiting customer sites across your region and building strong relationships through regular face-to-face engagement. Promoting the brand, products, catalogues and current promotions. Encouraging customers to visit local trade stores and helping to increase footfall and sales. Supporting smaller and developing customer accounts, ensuring no opportunity is overlooked. Working towards and contributing to regional sales and turnover targets.
