Our client, a well-established design and build, fit-out, and refurbishment contractor, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. With a 25M turnover and a 35-strong team, they deliver a wide range of commercial projects valued between 100k and 9M. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in commercial construction projects and be local to the Halifax area. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established team and manage two projects from the get go.
