The client is seeking a Nurse Qualified Deputy Manager for their 70 bedded care home, providing care within nursing and residential care to elderly residents. The home boasts from an excellent, long-standing care team and experienced Registered Manager As the Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the care home. You will support the longstanding care team to ensure outstanding person-centred care is provided and the home is running in line with CQC regulations.
