Due to continued growth and success, they are recruiting for a CNC Miller to join their growing team on a full-time, permanent basis. Working Hours Day Shift and Night Shift (Weekly Rotation) WEEK 1: Monday to Friday (07:30 AM until 16:30 PM) WEEK 2: Monday (22:30 PM until 07:30 AM) and Tuesday to Thursday (21:30 PM until 07:30 AM) Salary 41,000 per year (Equivalent of 20.50 per hour) Duties and Responsibilities Manufacture components from engineering drawings, whilst working within company Quality procedures. Programming, setting, and operating Mazak CNC milling machines using Mazatrol controls. Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained to ensure a safe and clean working environment. Interpret engineering drawings to customer specifications in order to produce components to the correct standards within the estimated production times. Requirements Previous experience within CNC milling. Experience with Mazak machinery is preferred. Programming ability using Mazatrol controls is preferred. Working knowledge of relevant tooling applications and machine tool capability including tool feed and speeds required to achieve efficient cycle times. Accuracy and attention to detail. Good communication skills. Flexible and adaptable to change. Problem solving.
