As an IT Support Analyst, you''ll work closely with a small team, delivering excellent user support across a modern Microsoft environment.Key Responsibilities of the IT Support Analyst: Provide 1st and 2nd line support for desktop, hardware, and software issues. Act as a key point of contact for end users, delivering face-to-face IT support. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments.
