Our client, a well-established firm within the manufacturing industry, based in Evesham, has an exciting new opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis due to business growth.The successful Maintenance Engineer should have:A recognised engineering qualification (minimum HNC/HND) in Electrical or Multi-skilled EngineeringStrong knowledge of electrical and mechanical processes, both practical and theoreticalExperience with fault finding, PLCs, inverters, motors, and industrial electrical componentsAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and circuit diagramsA proactive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skillsIn this role, the Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for:Fault finding, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of production equipmentCarrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activitiesProviding technical support to production lines to minimise downtimeUsing a computerised maintenance management system (CMMS) to log and track workEnsuring all electrical work complies with health and safety standards and regulationsOur client is offering the successful Maintenance Engineer a salary in the region of £45,000 plus benefits including holiday allowance, pension, on site parking.
