This work includes improving monitoring and management of operational systems to reduce the number of faults that cause disruptions to the customer''s service and developing a Strategic Asset Management Plan for the OT Applications and Infrastructure. Design Authority for development of OT InfrastructureResponsible for authorising developments in current OT infrastructure working with the Application suppliers, SSE IT, Neos Networks and the SSE customer to develop, test and authorise any changes to architecture of existing Platinum, Gold and Silver level OT Applications. Approval of Operational Application UpgradesResponsible for authorising the completion of Operational Acceptance Testing for the infrastructure for the business-critical OT Applications. This includes approval of handover into support and approval of key no/no-go decisions.Development of RTS Technical EngineersProvide a development environment for ensuring that the RTS Technical Engineers have sufficient technical and application knowledge to be able to provide a robust Support Service and Project Engineering service for the portfolio of Operational App
