As part of their continued investment in their property estate, they are seeking an experienced Property Compliance Officer to join their team, based from their head office in Derry.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced facilities, property or maintenance professional to take responsibility for ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard, remain compliant with statutory requirements and operate efficiently.Your new role Reporting directly to the Director, you will oversee the maintenance, compliance and operational performance of properties across the UK and Ireland portfolio.Working closely with the in-house maintenance team, third-party contractors and external facilities management providers, your key responsibilities will include:Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance across a diverse property portfolioEnsuring properties meet relevant statutory compliance, health and safety and maintenance requirementsManaging and supporting the in-house maintenance team, ensuring works are completed efficiently and to a high standardCoordinating third-party contractors, suppliers and external FM providersMonitoring contractor performance, service quality and value for moneyReviewing and assessing FM tenders for properties across the UK and making recommendations to senior managementDeveloping and ..... full job details .....
