A leading international chemical manufacturer is seeking a SHE Manager for its top-tier COMAH site near Northwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for a SHE Manager or-SHE Advisor to step up into a management role, with full support and development opportunities provided.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead SHE compliance across a high-hazard manufacturing site.

• Ensure adherence to COMAH, ISO 14001 & 45001 standards.

• Liaise with HSE, EA, and other regulatory bodies.

• Drive process safety, incident investigations, and BBS programmes.

• Deliver site-wide SHE training and development-

What We''re Looking For:

• Experience in a chemical or high-hazard environment (COMAH preferred).

• Strong SHE knowledge and understanding of UK safety legislation.

• Confident communicator with potential to grow into a leadership role.

• NEBOSH diploma or equivalent (or working towards).
