Crime Duty Solicitor Responsibilities: You will have responsibility for and will develop and deal with a caseload of Crime Work including representation at the Police Station and Magistrates Court. Part of the out of hours rota for Police Station attendance. You will be enthusiastic and energetic in developing and maintaining local and regional networks to attract and secure new business. Role Specific: A current practicing certificate for either the SRA or CILEX. Own strong client following. Ability to run your own caseload and acting with autonomy. Ability to conduct marketing and building caseload. If not Duty Qualified a willingness to become accredited.
