Permanent - £57,150 per annum - Hybrid - based in London office Our public sector client is seeking a skilled Oracle HCM/Payroll SME to support and enhance their Oracle Fusion environment. This is a hands-on role focused on system configuration, issue resolution, and stakeholder support within a busy HR and payroll context. Key Responsibilities Act as the SME for Oracle HCM and Payroll modules. Design, configure and optimise Oracle Fusion to meet business needs. Respond to and resolve technical issues and service tickets. Lead and deliver system enhancements, working in Agile sprints. Review and implement Oracle updates and patch releases. Liaise with third-party support, internal teams, and Oracle directly. Provide functional support and training to end users. Create reports using OBIEE, SQL, and other tools. Requirements Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll configuration. Background in application support and systems development. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog management. Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences. Public sector or local authority experience (desirable).
